CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the place is filled, everything paid will be returned except €500 for management costs.

If the place is not filled: 70% of what was paid is returned if the cancellation happens before November 30th, 50% before December 31st and 30% before January 31st. In every case, a minimum of €500 will be retained for management costs.
